Travellers included in this application
Apply for everyone in your group at the same time.
We walk you through every question and check your answers before anything’s filed, with someone on hand if you get stuck.
Most people finish in about five minutes. We check your details are complete, so nothing holds your application up.
Your data’s encrypted in transit and at rest, and only used to prepare and check your application. Our privacy policy has the detail.
Thousands of travellers have used us for their UK ETA, and every application follows the current requirements.
Our support team’s here 24/7, from your first question to your result.
We check your details before they’re filed, so a small slip doesn’t turn into a delay.
Answer the questions and pay the service fee. We check everything you’ve entered is complete.
Your checked details go off for a Home Office decision, and the result comes to you by email.
Your ETA’s linked to your passport digitally. Show your passport at the border; there’s nothing to print.
We’re an independent document-checking service for UK ETA applications. Before anything’s filed, our team checks that what you’ve given us is complete.
Please note: it is your responsibility to ensure all information you provide is accurate and truthful. We check for completeness only — we do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide.
We are not affiliated with the UK Government. Crown Visa is not an immigration adviser and does not provide immigration advice. We provide document checking and application assistance only.
Pick how fast we check and file your application. Each price is for one traveller and already includes the government fee.

Our fee is separate from the government fee. It covers the work we do between you starting your application and it being filed.
You see every fee, itemised, before you pay. Nothing’s charged until you confirm.
It goes to the UK authorities when your application’s filed, and it’s generally non-refundable.
Once your application’s filed, the decision and the timing are out of our hands. Our checks cut the avoidable delays mistakes cause, but they can’t hurry a decision. Our own fee is covered by our refund policy.
What you get back depends on how far your application has got.
100% refund
For example a duplicate payment, a technical problem, or cancelling before any work has begun.
Partial refund
The government fee back in full, plus 25% of our service fee.
No refund
The service has been delivered in full, whatever the decision.
Requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, and approved refunds reach your original payment method in 3 to 7 business days. The full details are in our refund policy.
Use it for every visit while it’s valid. There’s no need to apply again for each trip.
When it or your passport expires, apply for a new one before your next trip to the UK.
You need one if you’re visiting the UK on an eligible passport, for a holiday, for business, to see family or to pass through. It’s your passport that counts, not where you live.
A guide only. Check the official list on GOV.UK before you travel.
Not on the list? You’ll probably need a visitor visa instead. Start with your passport and we’ll tell you for certain, before you pay anything.
Check my passport →From an eligible country, and valid for your whole stay.
Clear and passport-style. We’ll check it meets the rules.
Our service fee plus the government fee, itemised before you pay.
Your updates and your result land here.
Your application gets a Home Office decision, and you’ll hear by email. We’re here throughout.
You’ll get an email confirming it. It’s linked to your passport, so you can travel for as long as it’s valid.
You’ll be told why. Fix what was wrong and apply again when you’re ready.
Can’t see yours? There are more answers in our help centre, or you can get in touch.
Each traveller pays our service fee plus what the government charges, and the speed you choose sets the total. The prices above include all of it. Our own fee starts at $109 per traveller.
You’ll see every fee itemised before you pay, and nothing’s charged until you confirm.
Yes. Anyone can apply on the government’s own website and pay just the government fee, without our service fee. Crown Visa is an independent company, not a government agency.
Our fee pays for the help: a guided form, a check of every answer before anything’s filed, and a real person to ask when you need one.
Choose your passport at the top of this page to get started. There’s no account to set up, and everything you enter is saved as you go.
Have your passport to hand, plus a recent photo of your face (one from your phone is fine), an email address and a way to pay.
Usually it’s the light or the angle. Lay your passport flat in good light, with the whole photo page in the frame and no glare on the lines of code along the bottom.
For your own photo, face the camera against a plain background, with nothing covering your face. Still stuck? Email us and a person will take a look.
Yes. Add everyone who’s travelling to one application and we’ll check each passport as you go. Everyone who needs a UK ETA gets their own, priced per traveller, and you’ll see the group’s total before you pay.
Yes. The tracker shows where your application’s up to. All you need is your reference and the email you applied with, and we’ll email you whenever anything changes.
Spotted a mistake? Get in touch with your reference straight away. If we haven’t filed your application yet, we’ll put it right before it goes. Once it’s filed, any change is up to the government, and we’ll tell you your options.
No. Citizens of Ireland and the United Kingdom don’t need one. What counts is the passport you travel on, not where you live, and if yours isn’t eligible you’ll probably need a visa instead.
Not sure? Choose your passport above and we’ll tell you before you pay anything. Treat it as a guide, and check the official guidance before you travel.
Before we’ve started work on it, you get all of it back. Once we’ve started checking it, or it needs something from you, you get the government fee back in full plus 25% of our fee. Once it’s been sent to the government, the service has been delivered and there’s no refund.
A duplicate or failed payment always comes back in full. The details are in our refund policy.
From $109 per traveller, plus the government fee.
