About us

A second pair of eyes on every application

We help travellers apply for electronic travel authorisations. We check every application against the current rules, then file it for them.

Applying for an ETA isn’t hard. Getting it right is another matter: on your phone, late at night, with a passport that spells your name differently from your booking. Most refusals we see have nothing to do with eligibility. They’re a mistyped character, a photo that broke a rule nobody mentioned, or an honest answer in the wrong box.

So we fixed that: simple questions in a sensible order, a proper check before anything is sent, and a real person to ask when something’s unclear.

Check if you need one How it works

What we do

Three jobs. The middle one is why we’re worth paying for.

We help you fill it in

We ask simple questions in an order that makes sense to you, not the order the official form uses. Your answers save as you go, so you can go and find your passport without losing your place, and adding a second traveller doesn’t mean starting again.

We check it before it goes

We read your passport details back to you, check them against the machine-readable strip on your photo page, and hold the application if a photo or date won’t pass. A wrong digit can cost you a refusal and a second fee. Catching it takes a minute.

We file it and follow it up

We file it for you and keep an eye on it. If the authority asks for anything else, we’ll tell you in plain language what to do next. No digging through a government portal you forgot you’d signed up to.

What we’re not

Lots of sites like ours are vague about this. Here’s exactly what you’re paying for.

Not a government service

We’re an independent private company. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government, immigration authority or embassy. Only the authority decides on your application, in its own time.

Not immigration advisers

We check documents and help with applications. We don’t give immigration advice, we can’t tell you whether to travel, and we can’t represent you if something goes wrong. If you need a regulated adviser, we’ll tell you.

Not the only way to apply

You can always apply directly on the government website and pay just the government fee. Our fee covers the preparation, the checking and the support. You’ll see it in full, in your own currency, before you pay anything.

Not able to change a decision

Nobody can buy a faster decision or a better outcome. What we can do is remove the errors behind avoidable refusals, and make sure your application arrives complete and consistent.

Four steps, start to finish

01

Passport and destination

Two answers tell us whether we can help. If you don’t need an authorisation, or can’t get one, we’ll tell you straight away and won’t charge you anything.

02

Simple questions

One traveller or the whole family, on any device, saved as you go. We explain what each question is really asking.

03

Our check

We compare what you typed with your passport, check your photo against the current rules, and get back to you if anything looks off.

04

Filed and tracked

We file it, then keep you posted by email until there’s a decision. You can check the status yourself any time with your reference.

What we check

It’s more than a spell-check. These are the mistakes that get applications sent back, and we look for every one before anything is filed.

Your passport number, read back to you and matched against the machine-readable strip — passed
Your passport’s expiry date, checked against your travel dates — passed
Your names, in the fields the authority expects rather than the order on your booking — passed
Your nationality, checked against the rules before you pay — passed
Your photo, checked against the authority’s current rules: framing, background, glare and resolution — passed
Every declaration answered, because a blank one is treated as a refusal, not skipped — passed
Dates that don’t exist, which are far more common than you’d think — passed
Duplicate applications for the same passport, so you’re not charged twice — passed

Looking after your data

We only ask for what your application needs, and we look after it properly. Identity details are encrypted, uploads are kept out of public reach and checked before anyone can open them, and staff only get the access their job needs.

Our security page sets out what we promise, and how to tell us if you spot a problem.
